A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of the International Journal of Engineering Technology and Natural Sciences must be

  1. Written in English (MS Word, NOT PDF).
  2. The length of the submitted paper is at least 8 pages and no more than 12 pages. Editors will evaluate if a paper needs more than 12 pages.
  3. Use a tool such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose the IEEE style.
  4. Ensure that your paper is prepared using the IJETS paper template.

B. The Structure of the Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested to follow the structure:

          1. Title. The title of the manuscript should cover at least the dependent variable, the independent variable, and the context or setting without an Acronym or abbreviation.
          2. Abstract. The Abstract has a minimum of 200 words and a maximum of 250 wordsNo citation; State in the abstract a brief introduction, research aims, methodresults (must be in line with research aims), and implications, significances, recommendations, or limitations.
          3. Keywords. Add at least three and up to five keywords to your article, separated by a comma (,). Keywords are written alphabetically (A to Z).
          4. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure:I. Introduction
The introduction consists of five to six paragraphs. Each paragraph has 10 to 15 lines. The first paragraph explains social facts (data can be obtained from observation or the government’s official website) on why the selected topic, issue, or product is urgent to discuss or study. The second to fourth paragraph discovers literature facts that explain the gaps or shortcomings of earlier studies (at least fifteen recent studies) that have discussed the topic, issue, or product; it is necessary to show the urgency and the uniqueness of your manuscript, and the theoretical framework. The fifth paragraph holds an explanation of the evaluation of earlier studies that serves as the basis for positioning the focus of this current study. The sixth paragraph covers the research questions or research aims/objectives and/or arguments/hypotheses to be answered or achieved.
            II. Method
The method is also written in Times New Roman 10 pt, with spacing 1.0 (no space before or after paragraphs). The method consists of one to three paragraphs. Each paragraph is at least 10 lines and a maximum of 15 lines. The method must also have five elements: First, explain why the authors selected the topic or issue, or product as the focus of the study. Second, describe the research design. Third, explain the data sources and how they were selected (research procedures). Fourth, explain what techniques or methods have been used in collecting data. Fifth, explain the process and stages for analyzing collected data to answer the research questions or achieve the research objectives or aims. Authors may present certain method elements in the form of a flowchart.
            III. Results and Discussion
Results and Discussion are also written using Times New Roman 10 pt, Spacing 1,0 (no space before and after paragraph). The results of this current study must be connected to and relevant to the research questions or research objectives/aims, as determined by the selected method. Every paragraph is written in a minimum of 10 lines and a maximum of 15 lines. If this current article has 3 (three) research questions or research aims, the results and discussion also must have 3 (three) sub-headings in this part. Every result’s sub-heading must be discussed and elaborated on the earlier studies (+5 latest and related references for one sub-heading) to show the significance or novelty of this research.
            IV. Conclusion
The conclusion is also written using Times New Roman 10 pt, Spacing 1,0 (no space before and after paragraph). The conclusion consists of two paragraphs; each paragraph is written in a minimum of 10 lines and a maximum of 15 lines. The first paragraph presents critical findings relevant to the research questions or objectives/aims. The second paragraph holds the significance or contribution of the study conceptually, methodologically, or theoretically, and the weaknesses or limitations of the study (at the end of the paragraph) as recommendations to be responded to by further studies.
            Acknowledgments (if any)

Acknowledgments should be limited to those who have provided extensive assistance, such as providing statistical help, essential equipment, or translating references.
References. Must use Reference Tools (Mendeley, EndNote, Zotero, etc). Expect a minimum of 25 relevant references from the last 10 years, primarily with a minimum of 70% to journal articles (reputable articles are recommended).
